3000 subbie Giveaway

Hello World Mini Album tutorial.

Covers measure 6 x 6, The spine is 2 by 6.

Each base page measures 5 1/2 x 5 1/2. Which is created with 1 6 1/2 x 5 1/2 and 1 5 1/2 by 5 1/2 sheets of card stock.  You will score the 6 1/2 side at 1/2 and 6 inches.

You will also need 3 additional sheets of card stock that measures 6 by 5 1/2. You will score on the 6 inch side at 1/2.

The page tags measure 5 1/4 by 5 1/4.

You will make a total of 6 pages.

The hidden hing binding on this has a gusset of 3/8 in stead of 1/4 inch.  You will make it the same way as the 1/4 inch except instead of scoring 1/4 you will score 3/8.  Example you will score 1/2, 1 , 1 3/8, 1 7/8, 2 3/8. Of course you will want to start your first score mark at least 1 1/2 inches from the edges of the card stock to create a flap that you will use to attach to the covers.

Sunshine Mini Album Tutorial

Here is the first of 2 mini albums I made from one pack of cardstock.

Covers are 6 by 7 . The spine measures 2 by 7.

You will need 6 pages. Each page has a base page and 2 flap pages.

Card stock you need for the base pages
1 - 7 1/2 by 5 1/2 Score on the  7 1/2 side at 1/2 and 7.
1 - 6 1/2 by 5 1/2

Apply tape/glue to the flaps while in the folded position. then place the 6 1/2 by 5 1/2 sheet on top to create the base pages.

The flaps:
1 sheet 5 1/2 by 6 1/2 score on the 5 1/2 side at 1/2
1 sheet 5 by 7 score on the 7 side at 1/2


Fold both flaps and apply tape/glue on the flap while folded. Attach the flap to the base page. And flap 2 to the top of Flap 1.
