4 1/2 x 7 3/4
7  7/8 x 11 Score on 11 at 4 1/4, 8 1/2
8 x 9 score on 9 side at 4 1/2
2 cut at 8 x 5 1/4 score on 5 1/4 side at 1/2
2 cut ta 8 3/8 x 4 1/4 score on 4 1/4 side at 1/2
9 x 2 1/2 score on 9 side at 1/2 and 8 1/2 and 2  1/2 at 1/2

Small Paper bag
2 cut at 4 x 6 1/2 score on 4 at 1/2
9 3/4 x 6 1/2 score on 9 3/4 at 3 1/4, 6 1/2
7 1/2 x 2 1/4 score on   7 1/2 at 1/2 & 7 nd 2 1/4 side at 1/2
